Our First Adult who conquered the Moonwalk

Last week Mark took it as a personal challenge to be the first adult to make it across the Beauview moonwalk. His kids had already done it numerous times and now Mark has bragging rights as the First Adult!

Returning Guests

Ron has been coming to Lake of Bays for a vacation since he was a boy. Now he's bringing his children and their grandparents, so they can experience the good times too.

They also come to snowmobile in the winter.

The grandparents have been coming to Beauview from New York state for 11 years.

We have had lots of people try but only the children have been able to cross the Beauview Moonwalk >> until now...

Gregory has done it a number of times - running.

Friday's Deer Photo

Isn't she beautiful!? I got to within 15 feet of this female deer as she was having her late day meal. When I got too close she just moved away but didn't leave.

The trick is to move up closer when her head is down feeding. When her head is up, you stay still.

Babysitting Services available this Summer

We have a neighbour down the road that has offered to do babysitting for our Beauview guests. Maybe the parents want some time to go out to dinner, do some shopping or see a show in town.

Audrey is 15 years old and going into Grade 10. She has her bronze medallion in swimming (required to be a lifeguard) and emergency first aid and CPR.

She has completed the Babysitting course and has her license. Also she speaks French and some Spanish.
