A few steps down the road from Beauview you can go to a YOGA Studio overlooking Lake of Bays.
This Summer, Cecily offers YOGO in her studio. She also offers private group and couples classes. There's YOGA Fundamentals, Fast Flow, Restorative Flow and Rhythmic Flow.
She'll also come to our dock for a private lesson.
Her website will be at www.theyogaelement.com
